Physical Fitness Standards

The physical, emotional, and mental demands of Warrior Camp are intense. Every warrior will need to pass a physical fitness test (PST). Our PST is patterned after the rigorous PST that many Special Operations Candidates must complete such as the Navy Seals.

PST – You will be tested for maximum reps and you must reach the following minimum standards:
  • 44 push-ups (24 for women): 2 minutes
  • 50 sit-ups (40 for women): 2 minutes
  • 50 air squats (40 for women): 2 minutes
  • 1 mile run in utility pants: 7.5 minutes

Failure to successfully pass the PST may result in disqualification of the Warrior Camp.

If you have any special physical conditions or limitations then bring them up in your application at registration and the instructors can review your needs to determine whether or not attending a Warrior Camp is a good fit. There may be some accommodations made for those with disabilities.
