Physical Fitness Standards
The physical, emotional, and mental demands of Warrior Camp are intense. Every warrior will need to pass a physical fitness test (PST). Our PST is patterned after the rigorous PST that many Special Operations Candidates must complete such as the Navy Seals.
- 44 push-ups (24 for women): 2 minutes
- 50 sit-ups (40 for women): 2 minutes
- 50 air squats (40 for women): 2 minutes
- 1 mile run in utility pants: 7.5 minutes
Failure to successfully pass the PST may result in disqualification of the Warrior Camp.
